Fire Marshal Visit

Norwich Fire Chief, Alex Northern was also present for the discussion.

We had a very cold, but productive meeting with the Fire Marshal in February. Some nuggets of information we learned were:

• We can allow 49 people in the downstairs and 8 with a tour guide upstairs at this time.
• The current front porch stair design will be allowable.
• There will be two bathrooms, one of them with ADA access on the first floor.
• The Fire Marshal was very happy to be meeting with us before we began construction.
• We also had our architect, Doug Sonsalla of Studio Nexus, and Caitlin Corkins, from the Vermont Division for Historic Preservation with us.
